CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT AS PER THE ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND POST-EXAMINATION SERVICES DELIVERY IN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES IN KENYA

The examination is among the crucial processes of any university quality management system and as such, should be maintained at all levels. Several inefficiencies in post-examination services delivery have occurred Kenyan public universities many which were implementing ISO 9001: 2015 QMSs. Doubt arose on extent to adoption 9001 QMSs had translated service these institutions. study was guided by two objectives; determine pursue continual improvement per 9001:2015 QMS establish relationship between Kenya. A mixed methods research design employed. targeted various process stakeholders 26 certified Purposive sampling used sample 6 directors assurance, PC deputy registrars (examinations) while 297 coordinators 384 fourth-year students sampled using a stratified technique.
